Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing finance processes to identify areas for digitalization and improvement.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the finance department, ensuring digital initiatives align with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to define detailed business requirements for transformation projects.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for finance digitalization aligned with the organisation’s business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable IT solutions (e.g., ERP enhancements, RPA, AI-driven automation, cloud technologies).
  • Lead implementation and integration of digital finance tools while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and finance stakeholders for seamless deployment and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between finance and IT, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Drive user training, adoption, and change management to ensure successful implementation.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and benefits to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Establish best practices for digital finance processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize digital solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital finance trends and recommend innovative practices.
  • Develop, support, and continuously improve IT and finance-related procedures.


Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Financial Modules (FI, CO) - ideally S/4HANA - and experience in SAP project management.
  • Deep understanding of finance operations including treasury, cash flow management, and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
  • Proven success in digital transformation, finance process automation, or IT project management.
  • Experience leading end-to-end implementations of digital finance solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and IT compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, culturally adaptable, results-oriented, and open to innovation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
