Senior IT Business Partner
Location: London (on site 3 days/week)
Salary & package: To be discussed – highly competitive salary with comprehensive package (including bonus and car allowance)

We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to join a dynamic organisation and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across their business units. Key Responsibilities
Build strong, proactive relationships with business unit leaders and staff to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and implement technology solutions that support strategic objectives.
Develop compelling business cases, project proposals, and ROI analyses to support technology investments.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into IT requirements and aligning strategies accordingly.
Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
Monitor emerging tech trends and advise on opportunities to improve passenger experience and optimise processes.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT and business teams throughout project lifecycles.
Oversee the delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Continuously evaluate the impact of technology initiatives and recommend improvements to support performance.
