Social Media and Content Specialist

  • Salary £42-45k
  • Hybrid working - 3 days office based in Berkshire

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, on-brand content and managing all social media channels across multiple business units (B2B & B2C). This role supports marketing objectives through strategic content planning, creation, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content and social media plans across all digital platforms
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity and engage with B2B/B2C audiences
  • Liaise with agencies, internal teams, and EMEA content marketing to align efforts
  • Create digital assets, newsletters (via Marketing Cloud), and campaign materials
  • Support brand events, PR, and retailer marketing initiatives with tailored content
  • Monitor content performance, provide reporting, and optimize based on KPIs
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing communications and presentations


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in content and digital marketing
  • Social media management experience (multi-brand preferred)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Experience with agencies and marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
