We have a temp to perm opportunity for a Production Operative working with a leading industrial manufacturing business based close the West Chiltington area of West Sussex.

What's in it for you as Production Operative:

• A days based position Monday to Friday - 8 hour days with premium overtime also available, and the option to then work a shift based pattern, 5 on 5 off, 4 on 4 off after a few weeks.
• Immediate start available for a market leading PLC listed manufacturing business - The position offers training and job security with a leading UK business
• Starting pay rate at £12.56 per hour, lots overtime is also available at x 1.5 per hour and x 2 per hour

Duties of Production Operative vacancy

• Operating production machinery as a Production Operative
• Cleaning of moulds
• Preparing product mixes
• The work is within an industrial manufacturing environment and does involve Manual Handling, involving the use of Mechanical Lifting Aids.
