A market-leading investment firm with an offering across both public and private markets, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their EMEA Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and deliver marketing initiatives that promote their investment expertise across the region, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets. The successful candidate will bring strong marketing experience, a solid understanding of investment products, and the ability to create compelling, client-focused content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging marketing content and campaigns for priority investment products and funds.
• Create clear and compelling fund stories tailored to clients and prospects
• Monitor market and competitor trends to inform marketing strategy and ensure content remains relevant and differentiated.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across investment, product, sales, and compliance teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality materials.
• Contribute to global and cross-regional initiatives in partnership with colleagues in EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
• Use audience insights and performance analytics to refine and improve marketing activity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent in both German and English (essential).
• Proven experience in marketing within investment management
• Strong understanding of investment products and the intermediary or wealth management channel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex investment concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across teams and time zones.
• Creative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in investments.
