SC Cleared Project Coordinator

Locations: London | Hatfield | Corsham

Contract Type: 3 months - upto a year

Pay Rates: £200-£250 per day(Inside IR35) via Umb

Overview

We are building a network of Security Cleared (SC) Project Coordinators for upcoming and ongoing contract opportunities across London, Hatfield, and Corsham.

These roles sit within secure IT and infrastructure projects, supporting government and enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring effective communication across delivery teams.

This is a great opportunity for organised, detail-oriented professionals with experience in IT, telecoms, or infrastructure environments who hold active SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple IT or infrastructure projects.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Track progress and ensure updates are communicated to stakeholders.
• Support resource planning, logistics, and task tracking.
• Manage project trackers, risk logs, and meeting actions.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and site leads to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support governance and compliance processes within secure environments.

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or PMO Analyst.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT, infrastructure, or technical project environments.
• Confident using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Flexible to work across secure sites as required.
