Data Integration Lead

Hybrid – 2 days per week in London | £44,000–£48,000 per annum | Permanent

We’re partnering exclusively with a leading UK charity on a hands-on technical role that makes a real difference. They’re looking for a Data Integration Lead to take ownership of their data systems, build and maintain integrations, and automate data flows that keep critical operations running smoothly. This is a rare chance to work on meaningful technology that directly supports life-changing work.

You’ll join a small, collaborative tech and data team, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across their systems, from APIs and SQL processes to CRM imports and automation. This role is all about solving real-world technical challenges, building sustainable solutions, and ensuring systems “just work” so colleagues can focus on the mission.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, hands-on problem-solving, and making technology work for people. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, bring technical expertise to the table, and see your solutions have an immediate impact — all without the bureaucracy of a large organisation.

Key skills

• Strong experience with SQL Server (2016+) for integration and data management
• Solid hands-on C# / .NET skills for APIs, automation, and custom tooling
• Understanding of data flows, system integrations, and automation best practices
• Experience with SSIS or similar ETL tools (desirable, not essential)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in London
