2D Designer

We're currently recruiting for a 2D Designer role with one of the UK’s leading creative agencies, working across brand, brand experiences, and live events. If you're a passionate designer who thrives on variety, loves visual storytelling, and wants to create work that makes an impact — this could be a great fit.


This is a well-established agency, delivering ambitious, large-scale projects across sport, entertainment, and global brands. Their team work internationally on everything from brand activations and product launches to hospitality programmes, music events, and conferences.


The role:

They’re looking for a strong Midweight 2D Designer to join their London team. You’ll be involved in projects from initial concept and pitch stages through to design development and final delivery. It’s a hands-on, creatively fulfilling role that offers the chance to lead elements of creative output and work across a wide range of live and virtual experiences.


You’ll work alongside other designers, strategists, 3D artists, project managers and client teams — and will be trusted to own briefs and deliver high-quality work that brings big ideas to life.


In a nutshell

  • Create event branding, logos, and visual identities
  • Produce detailed brand guidelines and graphic treatments
  • Design pitch decks and presentation visuals that communicate ideas clearly and creatively
  • Collaborate with 3D teams to bring physical environments and experiences to life
  • Take ownership of creative output on selected projects
  • Support and mentor junior designers and freelancers
  • Deliver final assets for both print and digital – artworking and quality checking as needed
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing for creativity and innovation
  • Confidently present ideas to internal teams and clients


What about you?

  • A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong visual design skills — particularly typography, layout and branding
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Good understanding of PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in experiential, events or branding environments is a plus
  • Any secondary creative skills (animation, photography, illustration, etc.) are also a bonus
  • An interest in sport, entertainment or live events would be beneficial
