This position requires a highly pragmatic leader who can bridge business objectives and technology opportunities, ensure operational excellence, drive innovation, and build a scalable digital backbone multi-site, multi-brand operation
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratively define an end state technology blueprint to support the company strategy, underpinning the value creation plan based on combination of organic growth, innovation and strategic acquisitions.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap, balancing quick wins (short-term upgrades) with the implementation of scalable, long-term platforms; ensure plans are benchmarked against Invest Industrial standards.
- Ensure technology investments are commercially sound and deliver ROI, using solid business and supplier negotiation acumen.

- Significant leadership experience in IT across manufacturing or pharmaceutical sectors, with a track record of transforming legacy technology environments and driving ERP rollouts/consolidations (preferably SAP & legacy migration experience).
- Experience leading post-merger technology integrations and harmonization of systems across multi-site operations
- IT architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) desirable.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP migration and modernization projects, specifically in managing transitions from customized legacy applications.

- Strong project management and execution skills, with a positive, inspirational leadership style.
- Broad knowledge of technology, from infrastructure and networks (public/private/hybrid cloud solutions, WAN/SDWAN technologies, etc.) up to more traditional packages such as (but not limited to) ERPs (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics, Infor, etc.) CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Hubspot, Sage, etc.) and CX platforms (Customer portals, eCommerce, call center optimization, customer experience).
