Oracle Fusion SCM Specialist – eCommerce & Retail

To support this transformation, our client seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Specialist with a strong understanding of retail supply chains, pharmacy eCommerce operations, and EDI integration to lead the continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead optimization and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Cost Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
- Support pharmacy eCommerce and retail operations, ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion SCM, Order Management, and EDI-based supplier and fulfillment systems.
- Oversee EDI integrations for order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and logistics transactions with 3PL and retail partners.
- Manage and enhance Inventory Costing and Valuation processes to ensure accurate stock visibility and financial reporting across online and retail channels.
- Enhance Oracle Quality Management Cloud to support product compliance, batch traceability, and regulatory quality controls typical of pharmacy manufacturing and distribution.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and vendors to maintain stable operations, resolve issues, and implement system improvements.
- Utilize Oracle Guided Learning to develop intuitive, role-based training materials and knowledge assets for business users.
- Drive system enhancements to improve supply chain efficiency through automation, data analytics, and predictive insights (e.g., demand forecasting, fulfillment KPIs, and OEE metrics).
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and eCommerce teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment across order, fulfillment, and customer experience flows.
- Mentor and support internal team members, sharing expertise in Oracle SCM best practices and retail supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Strong expertise in Inventory, Costing, Order Management, and Quality Management modules.
- Proven experience supporting retail or pharmacy eCommerce supply chains, including order orchestration and fulfillment.
- Hands-on experience with EDI transactions and 3PL integrations.
- Background in manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Application Management Services models and collaboration with tier-2 or managed service providers.
- Proficiency in designing user-friendly dashboards, analytics, and guided learning experiences within Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field; Oracle certifications highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmacy and/or retail operations.
- Understanding of regulatory quality and compliance requirements within pharmaceutical supply chains.
- Exposure to Oracle AI/ML capabilities, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Experience integrating Oracle SCM with eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with legacy ERP migration and data harmonization projects.
