About the Role

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established fit-out company based in Glasgow, who are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join their workshop team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable business producing high-quality commercial cabinetry and bespoke joinery items for a range of fit-out projects across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery and cabinetry to technical drawings.
• Work with MDF, plywood, laminates, and solid timber.
• Operate standard woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets the company’s high-quality standards and deadlines.
• Liaise with site and workshop teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner, ideally in a commercial or shopfitting environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
• Confident using woodworking tools and machinery.
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
