IFS Functional Consultant – Supply Chain | ClickLearn Exposure

Hybrid / Remote (UK Citizen)

Are you an experienced IFS Functional Consultant with a passion for optimising supply chain processes and driving digital adoption?

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on IFS expert to join a leading organisation currently embarking on a major transformation journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the go-to IFS Functional Specialist for all things supply chain — covering areas such as procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, and planning.
Partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into IFS solutions that improve efficiency and visibility across operations.
Supporting configuration, testing, documentation, and user training within IFS.
Leveraging ClickLearn to enhance user adoption, build guided learning materials, and streamline onboarding.
Working cross-functionally with technical teams, project managers, and business users to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Strong IFS Functional Consulting experience (ideally IFS Cloud or IFS APPS10).
Proven background across Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
Experience or exposure to ClickLearn for user training or documentation purposes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for business transformation.
