Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR, Legal, and Finance stakeholders, translating business needs into sourcing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Lead and execute sourcing initiatives across multiple HR subcategories and geographies, from market analysis and RFPs to contract negotiations and supplier onboarding.
  • Analyze complex commercial and operational requirements, develop business cases, and structure deals that balance value, cost, and service quality.
  • Negotiate master service agreements, amendments, and related contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Maintain deep awareness of HR market trends, supplier innovations, and regulatory updates to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Build and sustain strong supplier partnerships to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and performance.
  • Leverage approved sourcing tools, processes, and best practices to ensure alignment with corporate governance and consistency in delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and category strategy development within the Professional Services domain.


Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, procurement advisory, or HR-related services within professional or management consulting firms.
  • Proven experience advising senior HR stakeholders and leading complex sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop pricing models, business cases, and negotiation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including contract management and supplier governance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of HR category areas such as recruitment, payroll, L&D, benefits, and HRIS systems.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with a consultative mindset and focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
