Front of House Associate



About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Associate to join our team on a day shift pattern. Working on a rolling rota of 4 days on, 4 days off (including weekends and bank holidays), you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the development, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all residents and visitors
  • Maintain availability to residents throughout your shift
  • Uphold the highest cleaning and presentation standards throughout the property
  • Proactively identify and address maintenance issues, performing minor repairs where possible (e.g., light bulb changes)
  • Manage parcel services including receiving, safekeeping, and distribution of all deliveries and registered mail in accordance with established procedures
  • Conduct utility meter readings for all properties as required
  • Provide comprehensive shift handovers to team members, documenting all incidents and upcoming events
  • Oversee car parking operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage key issuance and returns, maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures
  • Coordinate and facilitate access for external services including utility companies, waste collection, deliveries, and maintenance contractors
  • Conduct regular building patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and perform safety checks
  • Handle general enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests professionally and efficiently

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Front Desk or Concierge role
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-level customer service
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative while following established procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with databases and booking systems
