GenAI Specialist – Global Law Firm

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000 – £110,000

Our client, a global law firm renowned for its innovation strategy, is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to join its Legal Technology & Innovation team. This is a cutting-edge role designed for a professional who can help integrate AI solutions into legal workflows and client service delivery.

The Role

You will work closely with lawyers, knowledge teams, and data scientists to explore, test, and implement Generative AI applications across the firm. From document drafting and knowledge search to client collaboration and risk management, your focus will be on embedding AI responsibly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deploy Generative AI tools.
• Design and refine AI use cases that enhance productivity, accuracy, and client experience.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Knowledge teams to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Develop internal training and awareness programmes to drive AI adoption across the business.
• Monitor emerging trends and advise senior stakeholders on strategic AI opportunities.

About You

• Experience in AI, data science, or legal innovation roles within a law firm or consultancy.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), NLP, and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Ethical and responsible approach to AI deployment within professional services.
