Salary: £70,000 - £90,000

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, Hybrid

The Opportunity

Capio is partnering with a leading London law firm to recruit an experienced Private Client Associate. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload, develop technical expertise, and contribute to a supportive and ambitious team.

The firm’s Private Client department is highly regarded, with strong experience in wills, estate planning, trusts, taxation, mental capacity matters, and cross-border work.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage your own caseload with high-quality client service
• Advise on and draft wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, and trust matters
• Supervise and support junior fee earners and trainees
• Develop and maintain client relationships and professional networks
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
• Ensure accurate financial management of files including billing, WIP, and fees received

About You

• 4+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Experience across a broad range of private client work
• Excellent client relationship, communication, and organisational skills
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a large team
