If variety is what you’re after, look no further!

Check us out:

We are A7 Media, a forward-thinking Derbyshire-based video production agency with 15+ years of experience. Trusted by brands, organisations, and individuals across the UK and Europe, we turn ideas into content that connects, inspires, and performs.

Not your average 9 till 5:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short- and long-form video content
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to bring projects to life
  • Push creative boundaries exploring new trends, formats, and techniques
  • Bring energy and a “make-it-happen” attitude to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Travel across the UK and Europe for on-site projects

Is it you we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of professional videography experience, creating content for all platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop are a bonus)
  • Confident on set, whether shooting solo or as part of a crew
  • Organised and self-motivated, able to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Ready to relocate to the East Midlands if required
  • Prepared to travel across the UK & Europe — this isn’t your typical 9-to-5 role
  • Passionate about creativity and committed to continuous development

Bonus Round:

  • Hands-on experience with Sony kit, action cams, 360s, and drones.
  • Motion graphics knowledge — titles, lower thirds, subs and editing flair.
  • Photography skills.

It gets even better:

  • Work on varied, exciting, and impactful creative projects.
  • Travel opportunities across the UK and Europe.
  • Training and professional development support.
  • Flexible working options where possible.
  • Join a friendly, collaborative, and supportive team.
  • Regular team socials to celebrate wins and unwind.
  • 28 days of annual leave, plus an additional day off for your birthday.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
