What you’ll be doing

As UX/UI Designer, you’ll be central to shaping user-centred digital experiences. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle — from research through to prototyping and delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients, developers and strategists to understand user needs and translate insights into intuitive, elegant interfaces.

With experience across process-driven User Experience Design as well as high-fidelity user interface design, you’ll map user journeys and design wireframes and prototypes across a range of projects. You’ll design branded visuals and contribute to design systems that scale across platforms.

This role is varied and hands-on. You’ll be involved in everything from user research and accessibility improvements to supporting pitches. You’ll be part of a team that values openness, inclusion and continual learning.

  • Strong UX design skills including wireframing, prototyping and journey mapping.
  • Solid understanding of user research methods — qualitative and quantitative.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business and stakeholder goals.
  • Comfortable working across branding, UI and service design.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Miro or similar.
  • Bonus: experience with CRO, A/B testing, or working with data and trends.
  • Bonus: experience across health tech, gaming, or content design.

This role offers a competitive, annually benchmarked salary, flexible hybrid working, and a generous benefits package. In addition, they offer a personal development budget, subsidised personal training, weekly yoga, and an annual company holiday.
