Role: Corporate Associate (4+ PQE)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm

Location: London

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home

Our client is a highly regarded, forward-thinking workplace law firm with a strong reputation across the UK.


With offices across multiple locations, the firm advises on all aspects of workplace and business law, including employment, immigration, pensions, partnerships, HR, and corporate matters, working with both domestic and international clients.


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a growing team in the firm’s London office. The role will initially provide maternity cover (from December 2025) and will continue to support the team’s long-term growth strategy thereafter.


You’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate and a small, supportive team, handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for both individuals and corporate clients.


Key work will include:


  • Drafting and advising on shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, articles of association, and partnership/share option agreements.
  • Supporting and running corporate transactions, including M&A and EOT (Employee Ownership Trust) transitions.
  • Preparing due diligence reports, transaction documents, and disclosure materials.
  • Advising on loan, facility, and security documents, and general company law issues.
  • Working closely with clients, managing your own caseload, and building strong relationships.


You’ll also collaborate across the firm, providing corporate input on wider client matters, and enjoy plenty of autonomy, responsibility, and client contact.


About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE.
  • Experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident managing client relationships directly.
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
