QA Lead in London Area

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead with over 12 years of experience in testing cloud-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one of the following platforms:

• Salesforce
• Oracle Cloud ERP / CPQ
• ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing for CRM and ERP systems.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of system functions and business processes.
• Identify testing gaps, create and maintain test cases and test cycles.
• Perform test execution, document results, and manage SIT, E2E, and UAT phases.
• Communicate issues early from test cycles to help raise risks proactively.
• Collaborate with business leads and QA leadership to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Explain project/customer business processes clearly and effectively.
• Work across multiple applications/modules beyond primary expertise.
• Utilize test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce for customer management and case processing.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud Integration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
