Restructuring Lawyer in London Area

Job description

We are working with an international law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Restructuring team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Restructuring team, advising on a wide range of innovative financing and restructuring transactions. The lawyer will advise borrowers, lenders, and investors.

The successful candidate will have direct client contact, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, and play an integral role in delivering strategic, commercially focused advice.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-4 years’ PQE;
• Strong restructuring and insolvency experience;
• Excellent academics;
• Technically excellent;
• High-quality communicator;
• Commercially aware;
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
