The Role

• Manage a steady caseload of quality residential transactions spanning freehold and leasehold sales, high-value London assets, refinances, transfers of equity and secured lending
• Work closely with long-standing clients including private individuals, investors and agents
• Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-working opportunities
• Support and mentor junior lawyers where appropriate, helping shape the future of the group

About You

• Experienced Residential Property Solicitor operating at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Confident handling a range of complex and high-value matters
• Strong communicator who values straightforward working relationships
• Keen to be somewhere where good work is recognised and rewarded without unnecessary hierarchy
