Scrum Master – FinTech | £75,000 – £80,000 | Hybrid – City of London

Are you an experienced Scrum Master ready to take on a new challenge in the FinTech space?

We’re looking for a who can drive Agile excellence, coach teams, and help deliver innovative financial technology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams
• Driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
• Removing blockers and ensuring teams stay focused and high-performing

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (ideally in FinTech or financial services)
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred

What’s on Offer

• Salary: £75,000 – £80,000
• Working model: Hybrid – 1–2 days a week in the City of London office
