Interim Regulatory Counsel – FinTech | London (Hybrid, Competitive Daily Rate)

A fast-growing FinTech, headquartered in London and FCA-regulated, is expanding its legal function and seeking an Interim Regulatory Counsel to support its next phase of growth.

About the Role:

We're looking for a mid–senior level regulatory lawyer with strong UK and EU EMI experience, ideally with exposure to digital assets

This is a 3–6 month contract, with potential to extend to 6–9 months, and offers a competitive daily rate.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week in London.

You’ll be joining a collaborative legal function that blends internal expertise with external law firm support, helping to bridge regulatory capacity while the permanent team is built out.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in UK/EU EMI regulatory experience
• Familiarity with digital assets is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
• Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously
