Videographer to the CEO

Location: London-based (in-person & on-location required)

Salary: £2,900/month starting + rapid performance-based progression

Your job is to follow the CEO on a daily basis and film what’s happening, from work sessions and meetings to behind-the-scenes moments, public events, and content shoots. You'll capture and coordinate with editing team to create high-quality content that helps build a consistent, credible personal brand across social platforms.


This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You should be comfortable filming solo, editing quickly, and working with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

Filming

  • Film the CEO day-to-day: meetings, events, workspace, travel, podcast recordings
  • Capture both casual and structured content as needed
  • Use in-house equipment or your own gear
  • Work mostly on-site (London), with occasional travel


Editing

  • Edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Add branding elements, subtitles, and audio improvements
  • Deliver fast turnarounds while keeping quality high


Content Management

  • Organise and archive footage in Google Drive, Frame.io, or Dropbox
  • Maintain clear naming and folder structures
  • Track and prioritise upcoming content edits in Notion or similar tools

Digital Asset Management

  • Maintain clean media libraries and structured workflows
  • Use tools like Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion
  • Organise, tag, and archive raw and edited media


Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in video/audio production
  • Confident with DaVinci Resolve and Capcut
  • Comfortable with Sony FX6 and mirrorless / DSLRs, audio kits, lighting setups
  • Strong grasp of social media formats and retention-editing
  • Degree in Media, Film, Communications (or equivalent experience) ideal but not necessary.
  • Portfolio that shows polish, pace, and storytelling skill
  • Self-taught or certified creators are welcome


You should be:

  • London-based and able to travel
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence (Necessary)
  • Willing to undergo a background/security check
  • Organised, proactive, and highly adaptable
  • A clear communicator, on set and over Slack or Notion
  • Energised by founder-led culture and fast-moving environments
