What You'll Do

• Take ownership of overall podcast growth, from audience acquisition to subscriber conversion
• Design and deliver creative, insight-driven campaigns that attract new listeners and convert them into paying subscribers
• Identify and test growth levers across channels (e.g. Email, in-app, paid, organic, referral)
• Optimise how the brand is presented and discovered across podcast platforms and third-party channels
• Work closely with editorial and marketing to align content promotion with growth objectives
• Explore bundling, exclusive content strategies, and new formats that deepen engagement
• Report regularly on campaign impact and user behaviour, shaping strategy with clear, actionable insights
