Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer | NQ-4 in London Area

Job description

We are currently seeing a significant uptick in hiring within the restructuring and insolvency law market, with roles spanning from newly qualified solicitor positions to senior associate level.

One of these mandates is an International UK firm looking to grow their Insolvency team, by hiring an associate (2-4 PQE) who has good experience in Insolvency. The role is a mixture of contentious or non-contentious work however, those who have done pure insolvency litigation work, with an interest in gaining a broader insolvency exposure, are welcome to apply.

Another open role is for a US Cravath paying firm, who are looking to hire an NQ to boost their London office headcount. This role will provide excellent exposure to complex cross-border deals, whilst maintaining that 'boutique' firm feeling, with employees noting the teams, 'always available supervision and partner-led training'

Outside of the above mandates, as mentioned, we are seeing a general increase in roles within the restructuring and insolvency practice- whether it's pure insolvency, restructuring, contentious, non-contentious, or mixed practice.
