Interim Commercial Counsel:

We are partnering with a cutting-edge embedded finance FinTech that’s redefining how financial services are delivered. They are seeking an experienced Interim Commercial Counsel to support its legal function during a critical growth phase.

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll provide expert commercial contracting support for strategic supplier and partner arrangements within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (supplier, technology, partnership)
• Advise on compliance with EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and DORA regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic guidance on data protection, intellectual property, and risk allocation in financial services contracts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, product, and legal teams to support business objectives

Job Details:

• ASAP start date
• Initial 3-6 month contract
• Hybrid working in London – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
