We offer preloved luxury designer clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, and accessories, maintaining the highest standards in fashion.


ABOUT THE JOB


Position: Luxury Advisor

Type of Position: Permanent

Location: Marylebone, Central London, London

Working Hours: Full time

Salary / Wage: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour + uncapped commissions

Reporting To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a high level of approach and conversation.
  • Evaluate items brought in on consignment (clothing, shoes, jewellery, accessories).
  • Accept incoming consignment drop-offs from customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account information and store consignment policies/criteria.
  • Prepare and sort consignments to be sent to the warehouse for quality control.
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain an active customer base.
  • Strive to increase and over-achieve store sales and targets.
  • Ensure the shop floor is fully operational for daily service and properly packed away at day end.
  • Stay up to date with all product knowledge.
  • Replenish stock levels when needed to maximise sales opportunity.



  • Qualifications / Skills

    • Relevant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to stringent deadlines.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks dynamically and effectively.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Positive, can-do attitude.
    • High standards in day-to-day routines while multitasking on long-term projects and working under pressure.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, 
    • Self-starter attitude, process and results-driven, genuine interest in retail operations, merchandising, and warehouse operations.
    • Availability to work weekends.
