Commercial Property Lawyer
Bath, Yeovil or Sherborne (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
£45,000 – £65,000 DOE | Full-time | Permanent
Rev & Regs are working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in the South West, who are looking to grow their Commercial Property team with the addition of an experienced lawyer/solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, multi-office environment where you’ll work alongside experts across planning, litigation, construction, and residential property teams. The firm advises a diverse client base – from local businesses to national organisations – and offers high-quality, varied work in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for a broad caseload, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating leases and renewals
- Lease management and landlord & tenant matters
- Property finance
- Development projects
- Supporting corporate transactions with property advice
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with commercial property experience
- Able to manage files independently with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable advising clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate clients
- Strong communicator with a commercial mindset
- Organised, proactive, and confident in a team-focused environment
