HEAD OF DATA & ANALYTICS
£120,000 + PRIVATE HEALTH
LONDON - 4 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE

THE ROLE

As Head of Data & Analytics, you'll lead the commercial data strategy, overseeing a multidisciplinary team across engineering and analytics. You'll shape how data is captured, modelled and activated, ensuring insights are embedded into decision-making at every level.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Evolving and scaling a centralised data platform in GCP
  • Overseeing governance, compliance and data quality frameworks
  • Leading reporting and analytics through Power BI and Omni
  • Building predictive models such as CLV and propensity scoring
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to define and deliver data roadmaps
  • Driving major projects such as ERP integrations, CDP development and digital journey optimisation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Head of Data & Analytics will have:

  • Strong experience in cloud-based data environments (GCP ideal)
  • Excellent SQL and Python skills
  • Experience growing and leading teams
  • Expertise in Power BI, Looker or similar BI tools
  • Experience leading high-performing data teams
  • Proven stakeholder management and commercial acumen
  • Exposure to CDP's, dbt or Docker beneficial
