Team Assistant – Chief Investment Officer

£40,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)


We are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of a leading Asset Management firm. This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate-calibre professional looking to take the next step in their career within financial services.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll act as the right hand to the CIO, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for complex diary management, inbox prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination, while serving as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact across the business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative and organisational support to the CIO
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prioritise and manage incoming correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for senior team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise


About You

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant, ideally within financial services or a professional environment
  • Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Professional, polished, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
