Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic and collaborative Employment team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with a proven track record in top-tier private practice to take on a high-profile role advising global clients across a broad spectrum of employment matters.

Responsibilities:

• UK qualification and a strong academic pedigree (2:1 or above from a leading university; LPC or SQE completed)
• Training and experience from a top-tier UK or international law firm
• Extensive experience handling a diverse caseload of employment matters with minimal supervision
• Exceptional drafting skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Strong management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior lawyers and managing client relationships

About The Role:

• Advising on contentious, advisory, and transactional employment matters
• Handling complex tribunal claims, High Court litigation, and pre-action correspondence and negotiations
• Providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment issues, including international restructurings, secondments, and compliance
• Collaborating closely with corporate, regulatory, and tax colleagues on M&A transactions, TUPE transfers, and executive compensation
• Supporting clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, and professional services
