Are you passionate about digital marketing in the luxury property and lifestyle space? We are seeking a China Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing WeChat and RedNote campaigns for high-end international clients.


You’ll join a dynamic, cross-cultural communications consultancy that partners with some of the world’s most prestigious brands in luxury real estate, design, hospitality, and lifestyle across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Canada. The company mission is to connect global brands with Chinese high-net-worth individuals and affluent consumers through creative, strategic, and compliant digital marketing campaigns.


TITLE : China Digital Marketing Specialist Mandarin Speaking

Salary : £45,000-£55,000 ( depending on experience)

Location Central London

Work style: Hybrid 2 days office


Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and execute WeChat Official Account, Video Channel, and RedNote campaigns for luxury property and hotel brands.
  • Create, localise, and publish content that engages Chinese audiences while maintaining international brand tone.
  • Build and manage content calendars, community engagement, and follower growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and copywriters to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and drive campaigns that generate tangible sales enquiries and bookings.
  • Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools, and prepare detailed reports and insights for improvement.
  • Communicate directly with clients, manage expectations, and contribute to creative proposals and new business pitches.


Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 3 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing WeChat and RedNote campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of advertising and content compliance for property and hospitality sectors in China.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing (AIO, SEO, SEM, and content marketing).
  • Proficiency with digital tools and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated campaign success metrics (growth, engagement, conversions).
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience studying or working in the UK or other Western markets.
  • Understanding of the UK luxury property, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong skills in influencer collaboration, cross-border marketing, and performance tracking.
