About the job


We’re looking for an experienced, Performance Marketing manager to help us deliver growth in both our mortgage and savings business


The role will entail:

  • Directly managing and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Apple Search Ads) with a significant budget
  • Monitoring performance and continuously optimising campaigns using data led insights
  • Managing the tracking, analysis, and reporting of growth activity
  • Working closely with our small but mighty marketing team to deliver on our huge growth goals



Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • An expert in Meta, Google and Tiktok’s ad platforms
  • You have recently been directly managing optimisation in platform (not just overseeing working by direct reports or agencies) with significant seven figure budgets
  • Ability to write compelling and optimised ad copy. Eye for static and video ad creation a bonus
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
  • Experience with MMPs like Appsflyer
  • Experience in a B2C product-led business, driving growth to an app alongside a website
  • Organised and process driven - you want to test the right things in the right order
  • Obsessed with data analysis - you don’t make decisions based on gut feel
  • Comfortable with both day-to-day execution & strategic thinking
  • A team player who cares about collaboration - you’ll get the team behind your initiatives
  • Collaborative, with exceptional communication skills
  • Mindset to “Find a Way” and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
