Tech/Commercial TMT - Associate 1-3 PQE

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented associate with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience to join its thriving Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) practice in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital innovation, advising a diverse client base that includes global tech companies, telecoms providers, fintech disruptors, and digital health pioneers.

The team is known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach, regularly advising on complex technology and outsourcing transactions, including software development, licensing, cloud services, and managed services agreements. The practice also has deep expertise in data protection and privacy, having supported numerous clients through major compliance and transformation projects.

In addition to transactional work, the team is highly active in areas such as AI, blockchain, and cryptoassets, and has been recognised for its leadership in legal technology and innovation. Associates are encouraged to contribute to the development of in-house tools and legal engineering initiatives, with recent projects earning industry accolades.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or TMT law, a strong interest in emerging technologies, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You’ll be working closely with market-leading partners and specialists across jurisdictions, gaining exposure to high-profile matters and cutting-edge legal challenges.
