Who are we looking for?

A senior level challenging software architect/lead. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.


Technical Skills:

  • In Depth experience in the field of Automation testing, Java, Database QA Testing Good understanding of OOPS concepts and strong programming skills in Selenium and Java or C#
  • Hands-on experience of working with test automation tools and frameworks for web, API, desktop and/or mobile automation. Experience in other tools will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries (Candidate should know simple SQL queries like, Select, Outer, inner Joins, Select Top, and Basic SQL)
  • Experience in Functional Automation Testing Tools, Selenium, Playwright etc.
  • Experience in Azure and Dotnet Technologies
  • Experience in Understanding and implementing Automation Frameworks.
  • Experience in creation and maintenance of Keyword, Data Driven, Hybrid Automation Framework & Business Process Testing.
  • Familiarity with process of test automation tool selection & test approach
  • Experience in designing and development of automation framework and creation of scripts using best industry practices such as Page object model
  • Integrate test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses
  • Familiar with implementation of design patterns, modularization, and user libraries for framework creation


Elaborated Skills:

  • Maintain & Understand test automation frameworks and other solutions, minimum 9+ years of hands on for automation testing with Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Expertise in creating test automation frameworks, implementing, and maintaining them on a project Experience in the modern agile practices such as BDD/ Cucumber
  • Extensive experience in Selenium automation technology suite like Selenium WebDriver.
  • Design and implement test automation using frameworks such as Data Driven framework and Hybrid framework for a number of projects.
  • Responsible for resolving Selenium technical issues, and aiding others in creating readable, maintainable, reliable Selenium test suites.
  • Automated on both Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) fronts

  • Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs

  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
  • Create Estimation, Status Dashboards. Roadmaps and present to clients
