Your new role
You will lead strategic influencer collaborations to enhance the brand's presence across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include developing and executing campaigns that boost awareness and sales, identifying and onboarding influencers aligned with the brand's ethos, managing contracts and deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. The role also requires tracking campaign performance, maintaining a robust influencer database, and staying informed on trends in social media and the creator economy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media within fashion, lifestyle, or wellness sectors, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. A solid grasp of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as creator analytics, is essential. The role demands attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
