Hi All,

We're Hiring: Agile Coach with DevOps Expertise

[Location or Remote] | Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach who can guide our software development teams in adopting agile practices and embedding a strong DevOps culture.

What you’ll do:

• Coach teams on Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Integrate DevOps practices to improve collaboration and delivery
• Use metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead training sessions
• Work closely with leadership to align on goals

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Passion for continuous learning and team empowerment

Bonus if you have:

• Certifications in Agile or DevOps
• Experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
