The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on high-value and complex commercial property transactions
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects
• Drive business development and client relationship initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers
• Contribute to strategic planning and departmental growth

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial property
• Proven track record of handling complex transactions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercially minded with excellent networking abilities
• Desire to contribute to firm-wide strategy and growth
