Air Freight Export Operator – Start to Finish

Salary: £45,000

We’re partnering with a well-established freight forwarder in Colnbrook who’s looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Operator to join their busy team. This is a start-to-finish role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced air freight environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air export operations, from booking to final delivery
• Complete export customs entries and ensure full compliance with regulations
• Liaise daily with airlines, hauliers, and overseas agents
• Prepare and issue AWBs, export documentation, and CAA paperwork
• Provide high-quality service to key accounts and support smooth communication across departments

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in air export freight forwarding (start-to-finish)
• Confident with export customs clearance and documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, detail-driven approach and ability to work under pressure
