Permanent/ Contract role: Construction Quantity Surveyor

Salary up to £75000k + Package

Quantity Surveyor role:

Building costs for master plans on large residential development

Creating viability assessment for projects with a focus in client needs

pricing roads, sewers, infrastructure, affordable housing, schools and local infrastructure

Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:

Business minded

Relationship building skills and experience

Organized and thorough

Experience of consultancy led surveying duties is essential
