Designer (Webflow) | Remote (UK) / Bath Hybrid | £40,000

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Webflow Designer to support the build, optimisation, and ongoing development of their enterprise Webflow website. You’ll collaborate with brand, marketing, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Build responsive Webflow pages using clean, scalable class structures
• Translate Figma designs into functional and accessible Webflow builds
• Configure and maintain Webflow CMS collections
• Create interactions and animations using Webflow Interactions
• Conduct responsive QA to ensure strong performance, SEO, and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output

What You’ll Bring

• A strong Webflow portfolio showcasing recent, relevant work
• Proficiency with Webflow Designer, CMS, and Interactions
• Solid understanding of modern UX/UI best practice and accessibility
• Experience working with Figma design handoffs
• Comfort with HTML/CSS and JavaScript for custom code enhancements
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Finsweet Attributes and GSAP
• Exposure to high-traffic Webflow Enterprise environments
• Familiarity with GA4 and related Webflow/Google analytics tools
• SEO and performance optimisation experience
