Head of Product - Market Intelligence

Location: Norwich (4 days office / 1 day remote)

Salary: up to £120,000 + 15% quarterly bonus

A leading global data and insights organisation operating in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Head of Product - Market Intelligence to drive innovation, commercial growth, and digital transformation within its offshore wind intelligence division.

The company has built one of the most comprehensive and respected market intelligence platforms in the offshore renewables industry, serving hundreds of clients worldwide. Now entering a new phase of diversification and growth, the business is looking for a commercially driven leader to take its intelligence products and capabilities to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and innovation of new data-driven market intelligence products.
• Drive growth and profitability across subscription and consultancy offerings.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with research, sales, and technology teams to bring new ideas to market.
• Develop business cases, proofs of concept, and full-scale implementations for new initiatives.
• Inspire and grow a team of analysts and product specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation.

About You

• Strong background in Market Intelligence, SaaS, or Subscription-based businesses.
• Proven commercial acumen and understanding of how to monetise data-driven products.
• Knowledge or experience in renewables, energy, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Solid grasp of AI technologies (Python, SQL) and their role in market intelligence.
• Confident leader with experience managing and developing teams.
• Ambitious, analytical, and motivated by innovation and growth.
