We’re partnering with a UK-focused multi-asset wealth manager to find a professional, client-centric individual to join their Distribution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with internship experience in asset management or professional services, or for someone in the early stages of their career who’s eager to develop within a leading investment business.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.

As an Associate, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality client service by managing communications, maintaining detailed reports, and assisting with a variety of distribution activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full client reporting cycle – from creation to distribution
• Responding to client queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying client needs and opportunities to enhance service delivery
• Supporting the Head of Distribution in producing Consumer Duty reporting
• Completing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs)

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or professional services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn tools such as InDesign, HubSpot, Morningstar, FactSet, Thinkfolio, and Bloomberg Terminal
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and proofreading investment-related materials
• A proactive, organised, and deadline-driven approach
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
