The Data Strategy Lead will shape how the business defines, governs, and uses data to drive growth, efficiency, and customer value. You’ll build the structures, tools, and behaviours that turn data into a trusted strategic asset.

This is a role for someone who can connect vision to execution, able to design frameworks one day and translate insight into action the next.

What You’ll Do as Data Strategy Lead

• Define and lead the data strategy that aligns to business goals and unlocks measurable value.
• Build and embed data governance frameworks that ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidence.
• Drive the design and adoption of data models, processes, and tools that improve decision-making.
• Partner with leadership teams to surface insights that shape commercial and operational priorities.
• Champion a culture of data literacy and enablement — helping people across the business use data to make better choices.

What You Bring

• A track record of creating or transforming data strategies in complex or growing organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data models (ERP, CRM, reporting platforms).
• Experience designing governance frameworks and improving data quality.
• The ability to tell compelling stories with data — not just build dashboards.
• Comfort navigating both strategic and hands-on delivery.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and the communication skills to influence them.
