Interim People Partner – Legal/Finance

Birmingham (Hybrid 3 days per week in office) | Inside IR35

ASAP Start | 3-Month Rolling Contract

We’re hiring! Join our fast-paced, tech-driven organisation as an Interim People Partner supporting their Legal and Finance teams.

This is a strategic and hands-on HR role where you’ll partner with senior leaders, support a workforce, and help shape the future of our people strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to HR partner for these business units
• Lead on TUPE, M&As, and policy/process development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders including the MD, Ops Director, and Commercial Director.
• Line manage a People Advisor and build a strong HR presence in Birmingham.
• Collaborate with other People Partners across the business – we value teamwork!

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in tech, software, or PE-backed environments.
• Strong operational HR skills with the ability to strategise and influence.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and building processes from scratch.
• MUST be available to work 3 days/week onsite in Birmingham.
