IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

Full-time / Permanent

Join a dynamic company with over 25 years of industry experience IT consultancy as an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line), that delivers managed services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions to businesses ranging from SMEs to global enterprises. You'll be part of a passionate team based near Bristol, dedicated to simplifying and securing IT for a diverse client base.

This position involves managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You'll contribute to delivering key IT projects, assisting clients in adopting new technologies and strengthening their overall IT setup.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices

Desirable skills (not essential):

• MCP or CCNA certifications.
• VMware or Hyper-V certification.
• Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
