Job description

We are working with an international US law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Antitrust & Competition team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an international Antitrust & Competition team, advising on a wide range of UK and EU competition law matters, including merger control, cartel investigations, market inquiries, and abuse of dominance cases.

The solicitor will also support clients in contentious and non-contentious antitrust matters including litigation before the UK High Court, and Competition Appeal Tribunal, while also assisting clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ PQE;
• Strong antitrust/competition law background;
• Proactive attitude;
• Commercial awareness;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication and client management skills;
• Team-oriented.
