• Support junior underwriters and oversee referrals and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to support best-in-class service delivery and underwriting excellence.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong track record in commercial property and/or casualty underwriting.
• Experience handling large and complex risks with confident negotiation and trading ability.
• Proven broker relationship management capabilities.
• Able to apply data-driven decision-making to underwriting strategy and risk selection.
